Closure and fastening systems with P.O.T. products
P.O.T. (plastic on tape) products are plastic components which, using a special injection process, are injected directly onto the tape. The tapes (often made of polyester) are available in a number of versions featuring, for example, varying lengths, widths and colors.
This injection process enables the manufacture of closure and fastening systems in a single step. It also offers the option, for example, to inject plastic eyelets directly into the tape or to inject a protective tip on the end of the tape.
P.O.T. products are made of thermoplastic resins in almost all technical designs and colors.
